Hey everyone, I am a November applicant and have been following this thread closely. I used an immigration consultant so I don't have access to my application but today I received the PPR! Below is all the information I have, for those keeping track.

CEC inland applicant with common law partner, both with PGWP, no PNP.

AOR - November 4, 2016
Request from IRCC regarding travel history - January 13, 2017 (The consultant asked me to provide any travels after the application was submitted and details of any one-day trips to the USA)
PPR - January 24, 2017

Hello everyone, could someone please tell me what a BG progress of Not needed-Not started-Not needed signifies? I remember someone saying something about it here in this thread, I think it was rafzy (if you read this please let me know), but I can't find it through the search tab and I dont know which one of the 195 pages I would find it on :

It usually goes from
Not Started -> In Progress -> Not needed -> In Progress -> PPR

But there is variance. for me it was just the following the whole time.
Not Started -> In Progress

It didn't go to In Progress for me, I am FSW inland. Does it mean a change of Visa Office?

I have exactly the same situation as you. FSW inland, BG change from not started directly to not needed today. I don't know what's the meaning of this...

Yes, as per the PR application requirements. Let's be safe, even if there aren't any stampings - pls scan it all.

Not required, IMO. If its a new PP, you can submit the bio pages alone.
