I paid the fee online, and immediately I got a receipt in my mailbox, but in the receipt it not mentioned the Right of Permanent Residence fee. Tgere is only a number and the amount paid, is that right?

Review of medical results: Not needed at this time // I understand this
Review of submitted documents: [empty] // why is it empty?
Scheduling an interview: Not needed at this time // will I need an interview? I haven't heard about it.
A background check is needed: Not needed at this time // I understand this
Final decision: Not Started // I understand this


Could you please comment how to interpret the underlined?
