so noting from R10 checks apart from medicals only?!
not very helpful for tracking progress :
This is what you would see in your myCIC account -
Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not Started
Final decision Not Started
You won't see anything else (including R10/A11.2 status). One has to order GCMS notes to check these details.
Doesn't it change background check to Started at the time when it actually is?

Submitted eapr and received AOR today. Wishing us all best of luck and speed.
Raj, can u make an online sheet (google docs) that we can see the current updated list? It's quite inconvenient to browse back pages to see it, will be more so if the thread grows longer. Thanks. Or maybe put it on the first page.
Please include me in the list:
ITA: Nov. 2
Medical Check: Upfront
Police Check: Upfront
E-AOR: Nov. 12
Stream: Human Capital CEC Inland
My background changed from 'not started' to 'not needed at this time'. I received profile update mail some times ago. So I guess they are already looking at our files and preparing to working on them.
Hi Raj and seniors,
Does every file get transferred to local VO after some initial process by CIC? Or does CIC process some files altogether?

Guys - Those of you who are submitting your e-APRs in November 2016, please submit it with the following details.
Stream
Name
e-APR AOR
and as and when the updates happen, kindly post them so that I can update the list!
Good luck!
Stream: FSW Outland
Name: Canada2425
e-APR AOR: November 17, 2016
On my timeline, nothing is changed from Nov 2. Eligibility review in progress and medical not needed at this time. Any idea?

As of now, all NOV applicants whose medicals have "passed" are all Out-land, none within Canada (CEC or FSW). Waiting for the first in-land applicant to report a "passed" in Medicals.

Most files are transferred to the local VOs. Some files of outland applicants are processed completely in Ottawa. We don't know if they have a criteria or they do it randomly for the latter.

That is correct. BG would go from Not Needed at this time >> Not Started >> Not needed at this time >> In Progress >>. Sometimes, BG might go In Progress and then back to Not needed at this time and again to In Progress. You might see a lot of "my BG went in Progress for the second time..." in NDVO threads. This is significant because people seem to get PPR shortly after their BG goes to IP for the second time.

BG checks might change in a variety of ways. There is no standard hierarchy here.

ashpkgo70 suggested this a couple of days back -

The thing is, I might sometimes update the list from office and I cannot access Google Sheets from there. I find it easier to update the list here. I don't want to maintain 2 lists either. Also, I do not have permission to make the post as sticky within the thread. If I have to use Google sheets, I might have to do all the updates over the weekend.
Please bear with this for a while and let some time pass. If you (and the majority of the others) are finding this difficult, we'll see what can be done. Cool?
