I got an additional doc request for uploading my Ielts. My express entry was have a typo in my report I'd which I have corrected in eApr. So they might have asked for it and I have submitted

Yes - the status of medicals before "Passed" would be "Not needed at this time".

Just wondering...

Are you by any chance an Immigration Consultant working on your own case ;D
How do you manage to get soo much information on Canadian immigration ???

One cannot be an authorized consultant unless he has taken a course, passed the FSE and has registered with ICCRC. And one cannot do the aforementioned things without being either a Permanent Resident or a Citizen of Canada, so no. I am not a consultant .
