Express Entry - e-APR Submitted in November 2016

My PCC from Bangalore PSK is still an issue. They said rental agreement cannot be accepted as address proof. The guy suggested to change my bank account address and show statement with some transactions. Will this work? My bank is HDFC and I'm not sure if rental agreement is enough for them to change my address. Seems Ill have to travel to my home town.

Anyone faced similar issues? I could really use a way to get through this step...

That's bad. If you have a ration card mentioning the current address, you can get your address changed in Aadhar based on that (you can request this online). Aadhar can be used as ID and address proof for almost everything.

Hi,
I am expecting an ITA in next Draw. I am an Indian citizen working in UK since last 6 months. I have to get my Indian PCC from UK consulate. My confusion is that I am travelling to India for 2 weeks (26 nov-11th Dec). Should I get the PCC before I leave to India or Should I get it after I come back. The CIC guidelines are
"For the country you currently live in, the police certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply.

For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country."
Now as I am currently not living in India, my PCC should be issued on a date after I travel back but it might be too late if PCC issuance takes lot of time.
If anybody faced similar situation kindly help.

Yes it is the same. You would see something like this when you click on the submitted PR application -

Acknowledgement of receipt - Application for permanent residence - November 4, 2016 XX:XX:XX a.m. EDT

Hi friends, I got nomination from Ontario last week and I am hoping I will get ITA this week. But before I get the ITA I need to confirm few things:

# I withdraw EE profile before coz I wasn't getting PT notification from Ontario and when I created the new one I put old EE profile info. on it. In the section where it ask have you ever applied under express entry I said yes and I put the withdrawn EE number in it. DO I need to do that or shall I go ahead and delete that since I didn't get the ITA on that and I didn't applied??

Please advise friends shall I delete that or shall leave it as it is with the withdrawn EE profile number on it since I already got nomination on it??
