Hi Raj and Krispi,
I have added a new row in the sheet named "Last updated by"__________"on date"____________"forum page number"__________"post number"____. Please update the blanks appropriately whoever updates the sheet. So in that way we will know till which post the data is up to date and will be easy to keep track of and reduce unnecessary conflicts..
Google Drive already has the version history log, so we can just check that to see who did what.
I also have a question, do all members in the list do through Express Entry? because I see that some people have nomination from OINP or BC PNP skills stream, so they all have to submit APR through paper-based route, not e-APR. We should clarify that to get a better idea who long will it take for each stream to complete the process.
I see myself on this spreadsheet - But my application has not been submitted yet neither did I provide with my info (as the payment didn't go thru)
Please remove my name to avoid any confusion.
PS - 2 more days or else I will fall in e-APR for Dec forum

Same problem here I have, I emailed CIC as well as report technical issue on MYCIC last Friday, no reply yet, but I think all of us who have this issue should email them in order to get attention.
Email address:question@cic.ga.ca
Please update if you went through the payment. Thank you.

Sorry
This on-line service is currently not available.
Possible reasons::
1.We are currently updating this Web site.
2.We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later.
Guys, any resolution to this issue for those who were struggling? Were you able to make your payment? Is there any advice for me to attempt doing this?
Please guide.

Yes, I do believe that information is redundant. Having those columns would make sense if there were no revision history.
I believe everyone on the list is applying through Express Entry. These PNPs are EE based. I myself am an OINP nominee.
PS: This thread (and the sheet) is ONLY for Express Entry applicants. Not for the applicants submitting paper based application.

That was quiet informative and helpful Raj .... +1 for sharing the link !
Btw... I have few follow up question;
1. After Medicals status change to Pass. In approximately how much time our R10 check is done ?
Could take a month or a little more than that.
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/how-long-does-it-take-for-r10-t397301.0.html;msg4965038#msg4965038
2. If i want to apply for GCMS notes for my application, How long after my application submission should i Apply for my 1st notes ?
I would suggest after 3 months.
3. My uncle is canadian citizen and lives in canada. Can I apply using his particulars as this will save me money for GCMS notes submission ?
He can apply on behalf of you under ATIP. Cost = 5 CAD.
4. What is the procedure to appply for GCMS notes ... Can you share any links ?

Hi Raj and Krispi,
I have added a new row in the sheet named "Last updated by"__________"on date"____________"forum page number"__________"post number"____. Please update the blanks appropriately whoever updates the sheet. So in that way we will know till which post the data is up to date and will be easy to keep track of and reduce unnecessary conflicts.
For ex. if I update the sheet for a member who posted on page 52 and whose post is 4th, I will update the above line as
Last updated by Ash on date 28th November forum page number 54 post number 4.
So we will know the tracker is up to date till this page of the forum.
Also I am hoping to add a new column "current country of residence" and "total family members in application" in the sheet besides visa office for more detailed analysis. Please let me know what do you think about this idea.
Reason to add a new column - country of residence is to determine visa office and keep track of average time taken by certain visa offices.
and for - total family members in application is to determine if number of dependants affect the processing time. i.e. whether or not a visa office takes more time for families than single applicants.
Please follow update the first row as you update the sheet accordingly and let me know what do you think about adding these 2 columns.
Thanks.
Adding the country of residence and the number of family members is a good idea.
The "Last Updated by"... details are not required IMO as the revision history clearly would show who edited what (KrispyKreamKonnoisseur has already pointed this out).

I have removed your details. Please let me know if you submit your application this month and I'll add you back.

True Raj. I agree with you on the version history. I added that column not to keep track of who edited but till which post the data is up to date. We can remove the updated by and updated date. But how about forum page number and post number. I think this will help us manage the sheet and to know up to which post the sheet is up to date. So when the next member logs in he can scan posts after that. What do you think about that?
About the country of residence and total number of dependants I will post it here and PM every member to share their detail. Once I have all of their details I will add a column in the sheet.

I guess we could have a column that points to the latest version of the table on the forum. What I do on a weekend is compare the table on the forum and the data on the sheet row-by-row and update any missing information. If you think having the post number would be beneficial, I guess you can add it to a new sheet. What are your thoughts KrispyKreamKonnoisseur?

Good idea. Thanks for the effort.

Doesn't matter if your IELTS/ECA expires post e-APR submission.
