Any PNP - I between Nov 01 - 10 '2016, whose Background hasn't yet gone to "In Progress" a second time [= new status of "We are Processing your Background check .... "])

Hey guys I posted this to a December 2016 thread but wanted to cross post this here too:

Does anyone happen to know the e-mail to contact CIC to find out the status of one's application and whether it's been transferred to the local visa office, etc.?

I paid my RPRF on March 10th after which my BG status changed to Not Applicable and has stayed that way since. In light of the information that :

Try to raise CSE with RFRP receipt . They will tell you if your file is transferred to a local VO or still ln Ottawa.
Don't worry too much you've missed something.
I've paid RFRP in January and my file was not touched since that according to GCMS notes. So RFRP fee request does not always mean that PR is knocking on the door.
Hope yours will be faster

Guys I actually received my golden mail on 8th march 2017 and it was there in my Spam folder all along. I kept checking my application on cic website which still shows background check in progress.

Now my passport needs to be submitted to NDVO within 30 days of this email. . I called a VFS helpline and they said that it will reach within one working.
Should I write a letter of explanation for the delay. Is it possible that VFS can deliver the same withing one or two working days before 7th April

I dont know whether I should be happy for the email or curse myself for not going through my spam folder.

Ok guys, since I'm from turkey and I reside here i definitely thought my VO was Ankara, but I raised a CSE and it turns out that its Paris VO ???

I noticed that all applicants with Paris VO got PPR, this is so extremely depressing Do you guys think I should contact Paris VO, or wait until the full 6 months has passed? (Its been about 5 months)
