Can somebody help ?

This happened for me when I applied for OINP and I just explained in letter and sent the pay stubs my company issued just for the purpose of ahowing to OINP and I sent a letter signed ansealed by the company mentioning I am paid in cash, at last I sent a notarized translation of my work insurance and it went ok, maybe these could work for the London visa office too
