I have the identical values as your GCMS except AOR 29th and notes generated 25th Jan. Last update was also same for 20th Jan and Due date was 19th Feb. I am guessing we form a part of same batch (if they work batch wise from what i read)
something i learned from the link below:
NOT STARTED it means she/he did not finds anything alarming but the lead officer at the visa office needs to make sure that there is no concern. When the lead officer mark REVIEW REQUIRED or REVIEW NEEDED it is a code message to the lead officer at the visa office signifying to him/her that you really need to check this relationship carefully there are so many holes and might possibly lead to an interview in the future.

I was thinking of ordering #2 of notes today, wondering if we're in same batch and yours showed no progress since 19th, if i should wait another week at least ... any thoughts ?
Eligibility is changed to "Review Required" for everyone (since I have seen many people's notes and that change is there in everyone's notes) and after that, it is changed back to Met.
Yes, you can order notes if you see the need. Good luck!
A friend in Canada ordered it for me. If you have friends in Canada, they can order it for you. Otherwise, you have to go through an agent (like visafile.info).

No, ordering notes is your right. You can order notes if you see the need - I am not aware of any repercussions because of ordering notes. In fact, a couple of days before my PPR, I ordered notes for the second time so when it arrives, it will have some very interesting data to analyze (since I got PPR, we can observe what the security/eligibility fields look like) - Notes will be generated after my application is approved and closed so we can also see if they make any additional comments before finalizing the application. I'll share the details after I receive my notes.
my passports and COPR were processed and dispatched from Ottawa after 7 business days once passports reached them.
Landing time generally would be around 1 year from the time you took your medicals. The same date would be on both COPR and Visa.

Thanks. If I have time till one year of my medicals I should be good. I was asking because I have a trip coming up to Japan and instead of doing landing procedure immediately and going through hassle of getting a permanent resident travel document in Japan, may as well delay the landing procedure and land when I get back to Canada from the trip
When I pressed on "View submitted application" today I saw some instructions above about submitting requested documents but I didn't receive any requests till now and I also didn't find my job title next to "Employment Records"! is it a normal glitch or this means something is going on?
When I refreshed the page the instructions disappeared!

Yes, correct. A few days after your passport has been delivered to the VO, your application status will change as follows -
1) Application Status --> "Closed"
2) Review of Eligibility --> "Passed"
3) Background Checks --> "Complete"
4) Final Decision --> "This application has been approved"
