Try your best to provide the CIC with the same job description as you had when your employer applied for your LMIA
I came to Canada with LMO and I used the job description from my LMO application letter in my employment letter

I already sent new letter of employment I hope will be good and thank you for every advice. You are guys so helpful I hope everybody will take ppr soon

I think its quite normal, I have seen it takes 5-10 days to stamp the visa. you should see a progress in a day or two.

Yes your roles and responsibilities are the main part of the reference letter, especially if you have applied under CEC. Because your responsibilities determine your NOC code and that determines your qualifications for CEC

I have seen when CIC disagree with your NOC then they will assign you one which they think is more appropriate then recalculate your score. I could be wrong.

Hi - my passport was delivered to Ottawa on Feb 1st, haven't heard anything. Supposedly it's taking 2 weeks to get the passport back, as per the latest posts on the Passport to CPC Ottawa - January 2017 thread.
