Raj, I emailed them directly to parisimmigration@international.gc.ca.
Do you think there is a significant difference between contacting them through CSE or emailing them?

Well, generally, to submit documents/change in circumstances, one has to raise a CSE. Since you have already sent an e-mail to VVO, I suppose you can wait until they respond. Haven't seen such a case before so wouldn't be comment any further on this.
i got eAPR last Nov 2, but since then, only my meds has changed to "passed" and no other updates received after that. is this normal? I see a few of you guys already having some BG check started (or in progress). i'm getting a bit worried on the lack of activity (but i'm not sure if this is normal). - btw, i'm an OINP nominee (CEC category)
Application/Profile Status = Open

Review of eligibility will change only after your application is approved (Once you get your PPR and you submit PP to VO). If they need any further documentation from you (Schedule A/Travel history details etc), then "Review of submitted documents" will turn to "We need documents from you".
IRCC claims they process 80% of the applications within 6 months.
You might want to order GCMS notes to see the progress on your application.

I recommend that you apply after the 90 day mark post AOR.
These notes contain the comments of the personnel processing your file and you would be able to learn what checks are complete. If there are any issues with your application, then that is also noted (there are some exceptions to this).
If mentioned on the COPR any specific CITY/Province does that mean we need to land at the POE? or is it just because we selected the same during the EE submission?
