I received a message from CIC requiring me to submit IMM0008 Schedule 3 form. As I don't see anybody in the forum mentioning about this form, I got a bit confused. I heard only candidates with LMIA will need to submit it.

I am an FSW-Outland applicant and I have few questions about my job contract outside canada.
My current job contract is suppose to expire on Dec 31,2016. However, my manager has informed me that my company will renew my contract under same designation from January 01,2017.
Do i need to inform CIC about this change ?
If YES, what is the procedure and what documents do I have to send with this update to CIC ?

Sure, this is an uncommon request. Its fine though - nothing to get a twist over. Some personal information on your profile might have been unclear to them, that's all. Submitting the form ASAP would help.

I have submitted my reference letter on stamp paper (exact format as required by IRCC). I have also included other documents like HR letter in the standard format, payslips, offer letter etc.
Perfect. Have you submitted two documents Self Declaration and Company/Colleague/Manager Declaration or only latter one?
Also, Have you submitted only employment reference letters for rest of the employers, or included all employment documents along with reference letter like Appointment letter, salary slips, appraisal letter, bank statement where salary goes credited and so on

One more question, Schedule 3 form asks to provide evidence which I have already submitted like POF, diploma etc. Do I need to attach them again with Schedule 3 form?
