Wait, your BG never went to "In Progress" at any point in time? I guess the Master table shows your BG went to IP on 16th November? Is that information incorrect?

NN>>NS>>NN is a common path for PNP-O applicants. Your R10/A11.2 MIGHT have passed and your file MIGHT be ready to transferred to LVO for processing. However, you cannot know for sure unless you see your GCMS notes.

The work experience is Canadian and I have already attached the contract letter, T4s and the payslips with the application.

Thanks @Raj. Do you also suggest to raise a CSE and upload the old reference letter which was designated to OINP? Or the one written by my manager could serve the purpose.

Raj, I don't remember that I have seen my background check not started ever. May be it is my bad, but is possible that profile starts from not needed and remain the same till in progress or PPR. It's and mine is not needed from starting hope same is not a cause of concern

No it isnt...

My suggestion is to order notes atleast 100 days or 120 days from aor

Secondly, the bg check is NOT the actual indicator to the status of your application..have seen a lot of applicants irrespective of category who had not needed right from aor and 1 day went into progress and next day PPR..

The bg check is used to compare timelines..but sometimes it does 'misbehave'..nothing to worry

Thank u lazybone. Appreciated. I have ordered notes as i want to learn how to read them. Will order again after 120 days. Infact the person october applicant got ppr in two months also had unchanged BG throughout.

If you have ordered now no point ordering again in 120 days..ideally 100 and 140/150 days would be better..

See few things to keep in mind...

The date you order -the delivery is approx 30 days+|- a week

The date that notes were printed- that date is the date which will reflect till when your application was processed upto..that date can be anywhere between when you ordered and the 30 days till delivery..usually 2 weeks..
