I called them yesterday and the only thing they mentioned was that your profile is active we are processing your background check. they did not tell me anything about which steps are completed in background check. Maybe I need to be more accurate while asking questions from them.

Yes, you would have to be more specific. Most agents won't say anything and some would.

would be so kind as to tell me some great questions to be asked from them. my last update was 26th NOV that was biometrics completion on the PR portal. I see that my file was updated yesterday on the portal but when I called them, they only told me that the agent is working on the file and my file recently had some activity which is good for me.

Ask them if you have met the eligibility? Is it passed or recommended passed? For background, ask them about criminality, info sharing and security!

Yes, i have called them and the Rep. was very helpful and friendly, so he told me everything in detail without even asking.

Eligibility has not started yet.
In background check, Info sharing is completed and criminal background check is also completed. Security check is not started yet.
