Hi guys,
My PGWP has been approved while I am outside Canada and I am now looking to apply for express entry as I have enough points.
My question is can I apply from outside Canada as an inland applicant or should I wait until I am in back in Canada in March to apply?
What happens If I apply from outside Canada and then move to Canada while my application is still processing?
Any help on this will be appreciated! Thank you so much!
