I am completing my canadian education in december 2019 and I will be applying PG work permit in January 2020.
Also my express entry points will go above 470+ after graduating in december since I have four year of exprience in NOC 2174 outside of canada.
I was planning to applying PR in december itself after completing graduation. Do you think it will be wise decision to apply PR if my pgwp is still processing ?
Can i apply both PR and PGWP both at same time ?
should I wait for PGWP to get approved and then apply for express entry?
Please provide your valuable suggestion to clear my confusion.

I suggest you wait till you get your graduate certificate from your college and then get into the pool.
You can meanwhile apply for PGWP aswell.
