I want to get out of your way! I'm tired of this! Hahaha
Today I got an answer from SPVO: my application is "currently in queue for assessment" and they don't need anything from me at this moment.
A part of me says that I'll get this PPR in no more than 4 weeks... I need that, so many plans in real life are on hold...

Wow... You're my hero!!!! You managed to get through to SPVO... HOW???

Although I find it strange how is it your is in a queue for assessment and yet people with an AOR much later than you already have a PPR... How is the queue defined I wonder? Eeny, meeny, miny, moe...

I suppose this leads me to believe that there are two separate queues, one for FSW and one for PNP...
