I i am already in the pool with 430 points. Now that Quebec immigration has opened, can i go ahead to apply for Quebec. Is it a problem applying in express entry as well as Quebec?
Also is it possible to move to any provinces if I apply through Quebec and if i get PR?

Hi, I don't know the details but a friend who is doing this is actually moving to Quebec. I think the Quebec immigration program required you to stay in Quebec for 'X' amount of time. Having been to Quebec its a nice place but requires you to know solid French to live and work there.
I was thinking about that myself but I don't know French. The application doesn't specifically say you need to know French but for practical purposes (or living and working there) you do.

Thank you . My concern is , is it permissible to apply to both, i mean Quebec and Express entry. Express entry i have not received yet ITA, but after i apply to Quebec, if I get ITA...can i go ahead with Express entry ?

Yes, You can pursue a federal and Quebec application simultaneously .
