Express Entry - 6314 info required

I wanted to get information if I can be eligible for the Express Entry.

I completed my BSc Hons degree in technology and E-commerce from London, UK. Course duration was 3-4 years. I completed my Bachelors with third division in Sep 2014.

Now I am in Pakistan and I have been working as a customer service supervisor in a call centre. I have been working in a same company since Oct 2015.

Is 6314 Customer and Information Services Supervisors in demand for express extry ?. If yes, will I be eligible for this category ?.
