After completion of my graduation, I started working in an E-Commerce company under Customer Relationship Team (also known as customer service/support) and completed 2 years as Executive-Customer Service. Now, am associated with a payment gateway company holding the same designation.
Based on my profile, am I eligible in Express Entry and what are the probability of getting an invitation ?

Probability cannot be calculated until you pass eligibility and find out your Ranking Score.
Main concern in your case is your work experience, if your work experience / job duties fall within NOC O, A or B and do well in IELTS then you'd be qualified as well as you'll have good chance of getting an ITA.
The basic eligibility is IELTS CLB level7 ( S-6, R-6,W-6,L-6). Once you get good scrore in IELTS, then go through the following CRS tool where you will get some idea on EE.

Work towards getting a minimum of L:8, R:7, S:7,W:7 in General IELTS.. This way you will be equivalent to CLB 9 and if you have 3+ work exp with appropriate NOC.. you will have a solid case..
