The applications forms would be filled and submitted online but the information and format of the forms will likely be same/similar. You should also start collecting supporting documents based on the current checklist.
Just a heads up, I called CIC and was told that you can't apply for the same category twice. For example, you can't apply for FSW 2014 & FSW Express Entry 2015 at the same time. You can only withdraw one and apply for the other. The Agent said there is no difference between the two, its only the processing and timeline that is different.
So should I go ahead and apply for the Express Entry since my application was just received in December? Thanks
This is basically how your EE profile status looks after successful submission

I cannot tell you if you are eligible to apply under Express Entry. Follow the instructions on the link I've provided below and you can find that out for yourself. What I do know is that you can apply under EE even though you've applied under FSWP 2014.

Hi,
I applied for Fsw under NOC 2132. I dont have much hope of making it into the cap and am planning to apply under Express Entry. My spouse is a general practioner. I dont wish to claim points for her qualification as I have not completed education credential assessment for her. Is it possible to provide just the information without claiming points under express entry?
Please help
Hi, my spouse has an uncle who is a Canadian citizen and currently living in Canada, but I don't have a direct relative in Canada. In the check availability questionnaire, In the check box that says asks if you have a relative in Canada, should I check that or not? Previousaly before express entry they used to ask whether you or your wife has a relative in Canada.
