Express entry is not a separate program, but is a tool used to accept application for federal immigration programs. So, if you want to apply under FSW in express entry, then you MUST undergo the FSW level assessment.

yes. express entry is just a filter for selecting candidates. the underneath programs remain same and their requirements remain same. what has changes is just the method of selecting candidates. earlier it was first cum first serve and now it is pool based evaluation system. you still have to meet the requirements for the program to which are applying i.e. fsw, trade program etc .

How should I calculate the points for official language proficiency, if I have:

listening: CLB 8
reading: CLB 9
writing: CLB 9
speaking: CLB 9

Is it number points X the lowest CLB, meaning 23X4?
or the points for each CLB, in my case 23+31+31+31= 116?

Because, spouse ECA , I have to initiate process.

Its clearly written in the instruction that u can update any info in ur profile at any time and after the ungradation/change, ur ponts will also be adjusted.

So the english test for PR still stands? As well as the NOC job category for PR applications?

For those who have work experience in canada, does part time job count? Or does it have to be fulltime job?

I'm asking because I did my undergrad here in canada, worked part-time all through my uni days. Now I currently work for a bank in canada.

Can anyone kindly explain this please.

1. Masters in Computer Science (MCA 3 year) is equivalent to which level in Canada
[i mean whether i lie in 3,4,5 level or in 6,7,8 level]

2. I have 7 bands in Listening.
[Whats the CLB Score? Weather CLB7 or CLB8 ]

Job bank will be open for registrations only in the later part of January.

My qualifications are as under

2. Diploma Pharmacy
3. Graduation in Ayurveda

Do I need to under ECA for all these qualifications or something else.
