In my opinion there should be column for skill set as well.Such as for all 217X candidates,their skill like-.net,java,php,sap....For mechanical-Designer,Maintenance,Production.This will help us in future..who is getting call from the employer.

Hi Guys, I didnt quite undestand how do we calculate points for Skills transferability section.. Can someone with this understanding explain it?

When exactly we will be able to register for job bank in search of jobs.

Also applicants who ever applied for FSW can also register for this service or its only dedicated to EE applicants ?

You should register in january you will be able to create a profile from the 26th. Its on cic website unfortunately I don't have the link right now.
Anyone can register with the job Bank I suppose its there now so its not something they made up for EE applicants

No you don't. Once you have either you get 600 points and you will therefore be chosen in the first draw. No need to spend unnecessary money getting ECA

finally the criteria is out for Express Entry. I find it tough but I'm crossing my fingers that I get picked up.
I am lost though under CRS – Skill transferability factors. I am unsure on how to calculate under this factor. :'(

No the person already had a job offer and a nomination they no longer need it because they will be taken in the drawer anyway. People with arranged employment do not need ECA and that has not changed.
