Ministerial Instructions Respecting Invitations to Apply for Permanent Residence Under the Express Entry System (February 20, 2015)
Determination — number of invitations

1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on February 20, 2015 and ending on February 21, 2015 is:

(a) in the case of foreign nationals who are members of the class referred to in paragraph 2(b) of the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, 849; and
(b) in any other case, zero.

(2) Foreign nationals who, on February 20, 2015 at 11:59:47 UTC, have been assigned a total of 808 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System, as set out in the Ministerial Instructions referred to in paragraph (1)(a), occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

Its near to a great joke by CIC.........! Astonish got 208/600 & selected in 3rd draw wow....... Look like he/she has only 1 year or less post secondary education & age around 35, Most probably these are from FSTP not from FSWP

Only General Training scores are accepted.

I have taken exam date now for general,how much can I get,any guesses,and also what are the minimum band requirements in each module and overall?

I assume Astonish got 208/600 + 600 to meet the 808 required rank.

Guys, is there anything we can do to get that 600? I think even the nomination program is now under EE?

Minimum band required is 6 in each.

I cant predict your score, sorry for that.

We both have cleared our IELTS and received ECA report from WES.
I have created my profile and got total score 378.

Hi All,

My Name is Abhijit, I need your urgent support.

I have done B.Tech ( electronics and communication ) & MBA ( IIPM ), I need to do ECA from WES.

For B.tech i have already got the documents sealed and stamped FOC but for IIPM they are asking INR 10,000, which is too high for me.

Questions :

Shall I go only for B.Tech ECA done ?
or, Shall I go for B.tech and MBA as well ?
How much point difference will be there as I am unable to find any point difference as B.tech is already a professional degree.

How many point will I get for B.tech / B.Tech & MBA ??

Please help me !!!

For my case, they have counted my Master degree though I have cleared my PGDBM through distance learning.
