You will need the experience certificate AND reference letters from the employer stating the title, number of hours worked, job duties etc. Additionally, you might need the job offer letter, increment letters, pay stubs and income tax filings.

A question on FSW (express entry):
I have 1 year full time work experience in Iran which qualifies me for FSW.
I also have a work experience as Teaching and research assistant in Canada while studying full time.
I gained this experience from Sep 2011 to April 2015 (various hours per week but average 8.5 hours with a total of 1560).
If I apply based on my experience in Iran, does this canadian work experience have any score for me? why?
Please consider this link:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=855&t=6
that says I Can count my work as a teaching assistant toward the work experience requirement with FSW.
Thanks

That's not right. You need CLB7 across and not IELTS 7. If you have IELTS 6 (and not CLB converted score) in each, you are eligible with the experience you have listed. I do not see any other issues than :-
- System glitch (try later)
- Either ECA/IELTS ref number is missing
- Fund requirement is not met
- Error while creating profile.
Give a try later while keeping all this and see if you still find yourself ineligible.
I need help please. I have a masters degree from Canada. However my bachelors is not from Canada.
My question is If I am attaching my bachelors degree as well, do I need to get an ECA for it or not. OR
Should I just remove and only go with masters?

Yea, right!! My bad! I got confused with the IELTS scores. The other factors, as rightly pointed out, could be the POF, ECA/IELTS ref number invalid/missing, site glitch and things like that!
