I have received many email from asking address of PM canada and Immigration minister.
My personal advice is before you write a letter to PM and immigration minister please check that you are right from every aspects. Refer procedure manual OP6 to know exact process of processing federal skilled worker application.
Please don't right to PM mentioning that it s very long wait ,I have not received anything from visa office please speed up my case.
if you feel injustice please clarify with all. I have clarify my doubt with almost 10 to 15 people..
Writing to PM is not important but what and why you write is important otherwise you will have to face problem.
I have not sent birth certificate of my sister. her PR card ,her record of landing ,her passport copy in which my parents name are there.
when they reject me then I sent her tax return her job letter her EI benefit letter her job letter. reason for not sending all docs earlier is all docs not mentioned in visa specific check list.
main problem is my sister is maternity leave since last 1 year so not possible any docs at first stage.
My case is also rejected due to insufficient points (65) by CHC Port of Spain. Actually visa officer made a mistake, he awarded me 10 points instead of 12 in IELTS. I got a rejection letter on 27 April 2010. I have sent a letter(by email, fax and courier) for reconsideration of my apllication on April 28 to CHC mentioning VO's error. It is almost 2 weeks now, no answer. NOC 4131, FSW1. Any input seniors?
Ration card is ok but . I prefer one more documnet , Draw family tree and justify your spuse relationship with her uncle get it notorized by mamlatdar and then sent it. other docs you know her uncle tax retur bank statement credit card bill telephone bill PR card record of landing. All are common docs everybody can provide who have relative on canada.
But VO try to find is there any relation or not by searching for docs. if you provide family tree VO job is very easy.
