hi i m in winnipeg. i have applied for my nominee certificate but thn my wrk permit got expired so i applied for restoration of work permit aft this i got rejected by provincial nominee program so i couldn't submit my nominee letter and they rejected my restoration too, they send me the letter that says i have to leave canada immediaetely. DO i have any option so i cn stay here ? what if i ll go to border with my study offer letter will they give me study permit so i can stay here in canada because my LMO process is going on but it ll tae 2-3 months. please help me.. reply ASAP
Study permits cannot be issued at the border.
Since your restoration application has been refused, you need to leave Canada.

Since your restoration of status has been refused - you are now out of status. So no - you can't go to the border to get your work permit.
You need to leave Canada as you've been instructed.
ok thank u very much i am going to leave canada at end of the month. as i got the letter from cic to leave canada on 22 january i have to wind up some of my work and i want to apply for general category in manitoba provincial nominee which ll take 4-5 days is that ok that i m staying in canada for 10 days??? is it affect my re-entry if my general file accepeted?
