Good day,

I have a W-1 Multiple Entry visa expired last 2011, Because of the recession last 2009 the employers freeze the contract until my visa, LMO, Work Permit was expired... This year i have a new employer Parksville, BC - Canada

My Question are..

1. How can i use my documents?
2. Or my new employer will apply this for me or just a renew?
3. Are this expired document will be my advantage for new application for visa, LMO, Work permit?

thanks

1. It is no longer possible to use the LMO or contract from your old job.
2. Your new employer needs to apply for a LMO for you. If approved, you can apply for a work permit.
3. No. It does not matter.
