Hi! guys help me ! nalilito ako kc my temporary resident visa expired na last year 2011 of july but i had my valid open work permit until dec.2015. ang problema kailangan ko pa ba mag apply ng re< entry visa kong gusto kong mag visit sa phil. or sa new york ? my permanent resident stil on processing. kailangan ko advice u guys! thanks!

if i read your post correctly....

visa is for entry to Canada. as long as you stay in Canada with a valid work permit (till 12/2015), it does not matter if your visa expired or not. Do keep in mind that if you leave Canada, then you will need to renew your visa for re-entry.

It doesnt matter if your visa is expired as along as you have a valid permit you are ok.

You will need to renew your visa for entry if you leave the country
