One of my family member just graduated from university last week. He recently told me that his SP had expired, and he has yet to apply for his PGWP.
I don't know when exactly his SP expired, but I think it's still within the 90 days of grace, since he's quite calm about it.
I have told him to apply for restoration, but we're not sure if he has to apply for a SP again or can just apply for his PGWP once his restoration has been approved.
I'd appreciate any input we can get. It's literally impossible to speak to IRCC on the phone so we know what to do.
