Hello all,
My PR card expired in 2011, and i was outside Canada--that is, I did not stay in Canada for 2 years.
Now I hear that I can renew my expired card. Is that true? If so, how do I renew it?
Thanks a lot.
By the way, I am still outside Canada.
Or I just have to apply for immigration again if i want to immigrate to Canada now?
