Expired PGWP 18 months extension apply online detailed released (Jan 27. 2021 new)

I applied my wp extension on 11 july and wp will expire on nov 8 . Did not get any response from ircc anyone have idea how much time it will take and any refusal chances. I am worried that I will get it before nov 8 or not .please help me.

Hey, current processing times are 85 days, ppl getting approved and their timeline are all over the place. This is an online application, all long as you are eligible for the wp, they will approve it except a few cases.

Yes its an online application but by friend approved in 50 days for pgwp.. pgwp and extension is not the same thing bro??

If you ask me, I would say it is not, from what I've seen, the extension is processed faster because they have to review less eligibility criteria, I think their priority is ppl out of status and ppl with dependent and many more. I am in the same situation as you, I applied on July 27th and my permit expires Nov 22nd. Stay positive , we will be rewarded for the patience my brother!

hello brother people get approved for wp extension under tr to pr pathway too one guy applied on 28 july and he got his wp extension.. I applied on 11 july and I am still waiting for it.. you have any idea broo ?? Please tell me.

Hey, I am in the same situation like you and I applied for it yesterday to see my luck. I believe if you get it approved...that's a hit and in the case otherwise you will still have your status valid until Dec 4th.

Applied on 22nd July, waiting too, my current work permit is only till 20 nov
