I have post graduate work permit since 2018 , due to some reason i went to my home country for couple of months and came back to Canada in February , 2021. So can i apply for PGWP extension under the public policy as i was not physically in Canada while the public policy announced on 27th Jan , 2021 but my status is valid since 2018?

PR under processing since may 14,2020.applied BOWP may22nd2020, expiring may 20,2021 and eligible under new public policy applied today apr 14,2021 will see how long it takes to approve..As i have emergency travel to india its waste of time waiting for never ending PR process and got to know im eligible for this new public policy.Hoping atleast this application wouldnt take longer so i can fix my travel plans...will update if i see any improvements in my application..

Got my PGWP under public policy approved today for 18months...damnnnnn the officer worked on my file might be either rushing into things or could be pretty focused and super fast in processing temporary visas...

Check with bank merchant first even if you try to call IRCC and say this issue they will be saying same..after clearing from bank merchant asking about why the transaction failed called IRCC if there is no issue from bank..i applied recently and went through without any issues..never got declined issues for any of my IRCC payments...

I just checked they said there no attempt made from my end so they asked me to check with IRCC

Hey friends, I was able to submit my application it was a system glitch got it fixed after call with IRCC.

Folks hope everyone is keeping safe, after obtaining physical copy of pgwp extension,

how does one use it to apply for TRV (Is that the only visa one can apply for while our PR application is in process)?
Is there a specific TRV application link one needs to use ? looking for some pointers to start on it...
