I could say "yes that should be fine" because in all honesty it should be, but I think you are best off if you give them a call. I know that the call centre agents don't always give the best information either, but it's better than just winging it. This is your PR application - a very important package in your life, do everything you need to to make sure you send it off right. I never had to deal with separating the receipts, and wouldn't want to tell you the wrong thing. If there's any way to get new receipts issued that separate the PR fees from the work permit fees, that would be best. But I cannot help you do that as I've never done it myself. Good luck.
