What do I do if my visa (visitor) expires before the immigration answer about my application for Permant Residence and Open Work Permit??
You have implied status from your Open Work Permit application.
You can remain in Canada until the OWP application is decided. If you leave Canada, you may not be permitted to return and they would consider your PR and OWP application abandoned - so don't leave!
If your OWP application is returned to you for a missing signature or document, you have lost your status and will need to restore it before you re-apply (or you apply for restoration at the same time you re-submit your OWP application)

So what if you send the Aplication for PR + OWP just before you lose your resident status, is it okay, or after you send your aplication you have to wait a month or something
You have to send in your OWP and PR application before you lose status. If you send it after you lose status, you are not eligible for the OWP.
If you are nearing the end of your visitor status and have not yet applied, you should (1) pay the PR and OWP fees now, (2) apply for an extension to your status and provide the PR and OWP fee receipt as proof you are extending to apply for PR, and (3) don't wait - submit your PR application.

I have everything done, but I have a problem, there is a delay in the civil registry from quebec, it takes 40 work days to give your marriage certificate, I married the 27 of april and they have the papers since the 9 o may, most likely I will have for mid end of july, I have been here since the 3 of march, and I have 6 months, so only a bit more than 3 months left.

Submit your extension when you have a few weeks left if you don't have the PR paperwork ready.

I'm not exactly sure how to separate receipts, but your OWP fee should total $255. Make sure you are paying for the holding fee as well. So 155 for permit and 100 for holders fee. Otherwise your app might be returned or delayed.
