It only says secondary school diploma ? The part that I circled here in red ?
That means that whichever degrees or diplomas you had assessed by WES (as I see that there are at least 2 of them) are only equivalent to a Canadian high school diploma.
Which means that your "Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery" cannot be counted towards your education in EE.
You said in your original post that you also have a 2-year Canadian degree. That means that the highest level of education you can choose for EE is "Two-year degree, diploma or certificate from a program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute."
