Experts advice needed plz -1year visa

I have been granted an admission for Game art & Animation at seneca for sept intake.It is called a graduate certificate which is for 1year (8 months /2 semester). Is it difficult to get a visa for this course, with my profile

12th -72 %(2001)
Have 2 diplomas(2002-2004)
Have 7 years of work experience as an animator
Ielts score of 7(with none less that 6.5)
Bank loan of 10 lacs and funds of 5 lacs

the most important part is your financials ties to your home country , don't even worry about the other things. I have a friend that had only bad marks in everything but he had a lot of properties , stable job, and another one that was the best in my class but sadly the one with good financials got it , and the other one got an scholarship to Belgium but was refused Canadian visa. well ..
