Hi, who here has experience obtaining financial aids to pay for studies at their Universities/colleges?

I will come to Canada next month and wanted to know how can I help myself, Like if joining a sports team will give me any discount, any org who gives money for studies etc..

If you are coming next month with a study permit, you will have showed you can afford your studies. Ask your school about financial aid for international students. Most likely it is in the form of bursaries or awards which you have need to apply for months before your studies begin.
