Hello,
Needed some advice regarding the Employer Reference letter format. I have received the letter from my previous company mentioning everything except the number of hours as they doesn't provide in such format. But i have a confirmation letter which states me as Permemant Employ from certain duration. Will this work as compensation for the No. Of hours. Can I get a reference letter from my ex coworker/Senior from that company stating the hours and job responsibilities? Please help and reply. Thank you in advance.

Yes get the letter from senior, supplement it with letter from HR where they refused to put it.
Get business card or employment letter for your senior to show his/her employment in same company.
Thank you for the suggestion. Will surely do that, but to my knowledge Permanent employee is someone who is working on full time basis!! Isn't so..will that letter not helpful including the salary slips where the number of days has been mention..just wanted to know!!

I do. There is always something missing when you get letter from companies. It will not be an issue if you supplement with alternatives. Letter from company where they refused to put hours can help a lot

When you submit your application, ensure to attach proof of your efforts to get it in the format that IRCC requires meaning you should provide some kind of proof where your HR denied to provide the letter(an email or letter works best).
