i have a query regarding my friend's work experience.
she has done B.D.S and M.D.S.
after B.D.S. she worked as a dental lecturer in a dental college for 1 year and after that she did 3 year M.D.S. and now she is working as senior lecturer for last 6months.
should she apply based on her past work experience. actually she asked one consultant he said u will have to reply high commision for the purpose that y are u applying under lecturer experience rather as a sen.lecturer. so u should wait for nxt 6 mnhs and then apply.

lecturer/ senior lectuerer doesn't matter. it all comes under the same NOC.
