Hello all, I have a question. My spouse did an interview recently in regards to the eligibility criteria. After the interview the eligibility was updated on the tracker as complete, I received pre arrival services and COPR doc number was updated on account. All 4 requirements (biometrics, medical, background and eligibikity) for PR are completed
1) does this mean PR application is approved ?
2) when should I expect to receive PPR?

In that case it sounds like a final decision has not been made yet.
Pre-arrival services and generating the COPR number are not indications that the application has been approved. These are administrative steps in the application.

No, not necessarily. It would mean all of those steps have been completed. But it doesn't necessarily mean the final decision is made. When you see "decision made" vs. "in progress", then you know the decision is made.

It doesn’t mean approved but it is generally a really good sign that you are likely to be approved. Once ECAS shows “Decision made” you should expect to get PPR within 2-3 weeks.
For us once all verification steps were completed, our “in progress” turned to “decision made” in about 3 ish weeks.

How do you even check ECAS? Mine always shows up with not able to be found. It's because tracker? COPR in tracker, to me, means it's been approved and requested the invite be sent.
