A job offer wasn't needed back then, it is a new development due to covid.
Once you receive your nomination you can apply for you Expression of Interest and you will be given the extra points. There are a number of stages after this.

We aren't there yet, we are waiting for some documents to be reissued.

She asks common questions, related to you, your partner ,your experience etc.
1) Describe your self
2) English level of partner
3) Experience living in rural area
These are few I remember , we don’t need to prepare these questions ,these are common questions she asks. So don’t worry be positive if you get invitation.
well, one of the most hardest part is job offer from local employer, sorry I am not at the position to disclose about job offer at the moment.

Yeah the interview with the MPNP was mandatory. But if you are supported by Morden you are 99% likely to pass. It's more of a formality.
We had a face to face interview in Winnipeg. We were actually over an hour late for our interview due to traffic, still made it though
