Not too long ago I heard that they were skipping the EV due to Covid. Instead you had an online Skype interview with an MPNP agent.
I'm not sure if this is still happening but I presume so.

It's a pity because an exploratory visit really shows you what Morden has to offer.

An express entry profile would be needed for your occupation. There are only a few exceptions.

I know of several people who were selected who weren't on the occupations list. It does happen.
