Do you know if it's still mandatory to do EV. Due to covid IRCC is not not issuing any visitor visas?

I have submitted my Morden Application and they have asked me to wait till Nov 1

It's all about luck. I applied three times in 2 years time. Wasn't picked even once by shelly.

On all three occasions she replied:

There are much better profiles than yours at the moment.
Try again after 6 months.
First time I applied with NOC 2133
And on the next two occasions with 0621.

They can only select 50 families a year and they prioritise their in demand occupations.

Their profiles may not have been better but their occupations may have been in more demand.
