listen, guys Etobicoke office is so slow for processing time PR, I am Jun 2018 inland spouse sponsor my background checks start Feb 26, 2018. can you imagine till now there's no update I am waiting 10 months just for processing background checks I called them they're saying just wait?

Hi guys,i maild my document few monthes ago,today i received an email that shows the immigration office start my application 2days ago, usually how long would it take to get my PR?
I am conventional protected person from iran.
They received my document on Aug 08th and started my application process on Dec 3th
I received a letter from Etobicoke office for landing. Have couple of questions. It would be great if some one can respond on this.
1. The landing is for my child of 2 yrs old. Does she need 490$ RPRF fees? Does is mentioned in the letter.
2. Do we need to take separate 2 photos for landing or can we use the same we have submitted for COPR.
3. I got an interview scheduled for Saturday. Surprisingly when i check in the website there working hours is from Monday to Friday. Is there anything wrong here.
