Etobicoke IRCC PR Card Process Issue

Hi all,

I received my CoPR on Feb 5th and sent my documents to Etobicoke IRCC on 8th to proceed my PR card. I didn't get any updates for a while so I asked if they received my documents and they said NO on email answer. So I sent documents again to IRCC and they said they didnt receive again.

Does anyone have same issue?

I mailed it on the end of Feb so almost 4 months ago. They say they have a hard time to connect my application to my account etc
