After AIP and SA Received FILE got transferred to Etobicoke IRCC for further assessment a PFL from Etobicoke IRCC 7 days about a conviction that was overturned on appeal and I was cleared from court. Did sumbit all the supporting documents in the original package of application but was completely overlooked by immigration officer and replied to it within timeframe haven’t received any reply . Is anyone who knows timeframe for Etobicoke IRCC after PFL

They took 9 months to respond to my PFL, how long ago did you respond to yours ?

It just tranferred today.

Oh you’re in for a long ride, everybody’s response will be different but the main thing is they’re going to reach out with a PFL requesting more information from you or schedule an interview. Get your ducks in order now and prepare for a lengthy and convincing battle.

Not really positive but I got some ok news after 9 months then better news after 14 months. It’s a mixture. Some ppl get rejected so it all depends on your case.
