thanks guys for reply...
Did you get your PR with 2173 or still in the process?
are your duties in experience letters matching with duties of 2173...or why did you finally choose 2173?
I created my profile on the Express Entry portal in January and received a LOI from Ontario in Feb. I submitted my profile in March with OINP and waiting for a nomination invite. The standard processing time is 60-90 days from your date of application. As per the portal, currently they are looking at applications from 15 November 2017 to 2 May 2018 under the Ontario's Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream. You can use the below link to keep track: http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_PROCESSINGTIMES.html
Hi Dshah,
I am a Microstrategy developer too with 4 years of experience as developer and architect both. What do you recommend my NOC code should be, I am confused too. Also what is the job title you guys have in your experience letter? Please let me know thanks.
I'm just starting to fill out my EE profile.
Could you please suggest on all the Job roles I could take up.
I have work experience for 5 years in MSBI,Informatica,.net.

I did 2173 because my job was more towards development dashboards, it was not a purely database-related job. but you just gotta make sure that your responsibilities align with the NOC 2172 job responsibilities.

Actually before ITA I had 2173 but than I changed it to 2172 later as my profile work matches more with 2172 however I am not a hardcore DB developer but work with most of its entities. Hope this helps. good luck.
I'm a MicroStrategy and Qlikview developer for the last 5 years. I can't zero in on a NOC code for the same. I'm confused between 2172 and 2173.
Can someone please share their thoughts?
