I am having problems uploading IMM5708 to extend my visitor status.
This error message comes up:
Error Description:
Your status expiry date in the answer you provided previously does not correspond to the Restoration in your form. Modify your answers or the value in your form.
In the questionnaire I answered December 08 2017 (changed be the system to December 8, 2017 and in the form in question 7 I put in the exact same date 2017-12-08. I do have a Mac and tried to upload with Safari and Google Chrome.
Any ideas what the problem might be and how I can solve this?
TIA

This seems that your dates do not match. The wizard and the IMM5708 have to match. Where is the mismatch? Hard to tell without looking at the actual data in both. I would recommend that you go field by field and check it.
The tool is correct, it has no error, so you can discard it being something related to the system.
