Hello,

My CoPR and Visa were issued at CPC Ottawa and when they arrived in the mail I noticed there is an error in the spelling of my last name. Anyone else facing a similar problem? Were you asked to re-send the passport and CoPR for corrections? If so, how long did it take to get your new visa and CoPR back?

I contacted CPC Ottawa via web from and regular email 5 days ago and have not gotten a reply yet. Any idea how long they've been taking to respond to emails lately?

Any help would be SO appreciated!
